TWO WAYS TO ENTER: Online Entries: Beginning at 12:00:01 AM EDT on April 11, 2008 through 11:59:59 PM EDT on June 30, 2008, go to www.hungryman.com , click on the promotional button, complete and submit the Official Entry Form displayed by providing your first and last name, home address, day and evening telephone numbers, date of birth and E-mail address (hereafter “Online Entry”). All Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EDT on June 30, 2008. Mail-In Entries: Hand print your first and last name, home address, day and evening telephone numbers, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail it with First Class Postage to: “Lucky 07 Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 22, Newton, MA 02456 (hereafter “Mail-In Entries”). All Mail In Entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2008 and received by July 8, 2008. Limit one (1) Entry per person, regardless of Entry Method. Multiple or duplicate Entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about 7/9/08. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The Random Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. 6. PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to attend the stock car race in Indianapolis, IN 500 on July 27, 2008. Grand Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons between major airport nearest winner’s home and Indianapolis, IN, two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-designated hotel, two (2) general admission tickets to the stock car race in Indianapolis, IN 400 Race on July 27, 2008, two (2) Pit Crew Access Credentials and $500 spending money. The ARV of the Grand Prize: $3,500. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be available to travel to Indianapolis, IN on July 26, 2008 and return on July 28, 2008. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for ground transportation between winner’s home and major airport of departure, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified as a part of the Grand Prize stated herein. ARV of each Second Prize: $118; and SEVENTY-SEVEN (77) THIRD PRIZES: Each Third Prize consists of one (1) HUNGRY-MAN ® Racing Team T-Shirt and one (1) HUNGRY-MAN ® Racing Team Hat. ARV of each Third Prize: $35. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $10,301. Grand Prize and First Prize Winner must travel on dates designated by Sponsor or Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries provided sufficient time remains prior to the Grand Prize or First Prize trip. All travel and lodging will be at Grand Prize and First Prize Winner’s and their Guests’ risk. Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for any health conditions or physical injuries, any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in any portion of the HUNGRY-MAN “Lucky 07” Sweepstakes”. Sponsor maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operation of any air carrier, ground transportation provider, hotel, or other person or entity furnishing service, products, or accommodations as a part of the prize provided under this Sweepstakes and shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, cancellation, diversions or substitution, or any act or omission, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused. In the event, for whatever reason, the stock car race in Indianapolis, IN 500 Race on July 27, 2008 is cancelled or postponed, Sponsor’s liability for the Grand Prize is limited only to the air transportation, hotel accommodations, and spending money portions of the Grand Prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of the cancelled Indianapolis 500 Race. 7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Eligibility, age and prize claims by Prize Winners are subject to verification. Prize Winners must meet all eligibility requirements in these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by overnight mail delivery on or about July 10, 3008. Potential Grand Prize Winner must sign before a notary and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release Form within five (5) days of receipt. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and the Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from all remaining eligible Entries provided sufficient time remains prior to the Grand Prize Trip. First, Second and Third Prize Winners will be notified on or about July 16, 2008. First, Second and Third Prize Winners will be required to sign and return a Prize Verification Form within fourteen (14) days of receipt. If a potential Prize Winner’s notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential Prize Winner is ineligible, or declines prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Prize winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible Entries. INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will judge all eligible entries, based on the judging criteria stated herein and received by the time of the Sweepstakes’ termination. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
